It’s great to meet you.
I’m a true believer in the power of lifelong learning and the magnificence of people.

The origin
My work sits at the intersection of narrative, organizations, and philanthropy — but it started with a simpler conviction: people need the right conditions to show up fully as themselves.
I’ve spent my career building the conditions that let that happen, inside organizations and across the movements they serve. It’s the reason resituating power and money into the hands of those on the frontlines feels less like strategy to me and more like the point.
What I believe
Centering human flourishing isn’t always the norm in social impact work, which is strange, when you sit with it. People are power. Lived experience, especially under systems that weren’t built for it, is expertise. Creating new systems and pathways for people to flourish is the work worth doing, and it’s what I try to keep at the center of every engagement.
